【What You’ll Do】

• Offering high level technical support for Positive Grid users.
• Social Media feedback management.
• App Store rating/feedback management.
• Live chat support.
• Optimizing the Help Center to offer the most efficient support for our customers.

【Who You Are】

• 2 years experience of customer support or sales representative.
• Having experiences of WeChat support or other China support platforms is preferred.
• Good communicating/writing skill in English.
• The ability to think out of the box, creative thinking for resolving an issue/problem.
• Knowledge of DAWs like Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Studio One, Cubase, Ableton...etc.
• Knowledge of guitar gear like guitar amps, effects..etc.
• A guitar/bass player is preferred.
