We are looking for a strong business development VP candidate who has great proven track records and passionate about health/AI and sports. This role will be a mix of both strategic and tactic role who reports to CEO to develop new business opportunity while maintain and grow current key partners/customers.

出差外派：需出差，一年累積時間約三個月以下

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. Strong Strategy, forming and executing company business strategy plan. 
2. Exploring and landing potential business and partnership. 
3. Build up a BD teams to fulfill business deal and product sales, account management and market intelligence. 
4. Presenting, demonstrating, communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. In charge of end to end sales cycle until deal closure. 
5. Manage direct accounts and collect customer feedback, products specs and forecast 
6. Planning, growing and overseeing new marketing initiatives according to market intelligence with accurate numbers. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the partnership. 
7. Forecast and track current account metrics and future business leads

Requirements:  

1. Master degree in MBA. Fluent or native speaker in English 
2. Familiar with wearable, fitness equipment or digital health market. 
3. 12 years and above proven business development, had ever deal with worldwide 1st tier customers (ex: APPLE, Microsoft, Fitbit, Huawei, Samsung..) with successful records. 
4. Understand software development procedure 
5. Experienced, knowledgeable and familiar in wearable, medical, health and cloud products and industry. 
6. In-depth global and regional working experience (US/EUROPE) is required. 
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. a native speaker is necessary. 
8. Ability to collect, track, and analyze customer demands with adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. 
9. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. 
10. Strong inter-personal skills and enjoy working in a fast-pace start-up company with multi-tasking capabilities. 
11. Have passion for exercise
