職缺描述 (怎麼樣的你/妳適合來)

- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

- Familiarity with our industry is a plus

- A fast learner

- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Multi-tasking abilities

- Patience when handling tough cases

- English communication ability and skills

- Familiar with Google online tools (Google Docs、G Sheets、Google Slides etc…)


主要工作內容 (依所屬部門不同,包含但並非含括下列全部)

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. However, it’s not that simple. This role is so important to make everyone reach their success and help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures!

External:

  1. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  2. Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
  3. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  4. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  5. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  7. Create FAQs to guide our customers using our product and features step by step

Internal:

  1. Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  2. Gather usage data to understand how customers are (and aren’t) using the product
  3. Monitor and incorporate customer feedback into the product
  4. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  5. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  6. Build up customer onboarding procedures.

  • 薪資:每月新台幣 42,000至 55,000 元整,能力面議。
