Requirements 

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Systems/Computer/Information Technology on other related disciplines. 

• Required languages: Proficient English is a must (Spoken & Written). Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage. 

• Candidates with 1 - 3 years IT related experience. However, open to fresh graduate with similar education background (Information Technology or Cloud related courses only) 

• Possess work experience in deploying and operating virtualization, physical server, Microsoft Server OS, networking. • Preferred Skills: HyperV, SCVMM and Azure Stack HCI, VMware ESXi and vSAN, Veeam and other data protection solution 

• Microsoft HyperV and VMware is a must for candidate with over 2 years related work experience. 

• Cloud certification is an added advantage (Azure, AWS, Alibaba, GCP or any related). 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Team player with a proactive can-do attitude. 

• Adaptable and dynamic, being able to multitask and prioritise your work. 

• Constantly unlearn and relearn, ability to accept constructive feedback 

• Able to start immediately or within short notice period 

• Possess own transport and no issue to based at TTDI. 

Responsibility 

• Assist business unit and sales team members in pre-sales engagements such as proposal, presentation, and technical closure. 

• Perform project delivery such as deployment, managed services, managed support and escalation management. 

• Work with project manager to ensure successful post sales project delivery. 

• Achieve solution architect level to support engagements such as Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud’s pre and post sales delivery. 

• Understand customers’ business requirement and propose right cloud native foundation such as private cloud, hybrid cloud, local cloud, or even hyper-scaler cloud. 

• Innovate technical engagement’s process to improve work efficiency. 

• Advocate right cloud native foundation for businesses’ growth 

• Continue to learn and get certified according individual development plan

• Salary Package: RM 2,600 - RM 3,800 (Subject to last withdrawn salary and interview performance)

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm 

• Provide dedicated technical laboratory environment and equipments which costs RM300K for technologist to test for new infrastructure. (Hardware Testing experience on latest platform).
