Job description

Requirements 

• Good proficiency in both Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type) is required for this role (Liaison with Shanghai HQ & Singapore Office). 

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in any field. 

• Possess own transport, and have no issue to do travelling down to Johor office once a month, in maintaining good employee relationship. 

• Minimum 3 years experiences in payroll, employee relations/ welfare, performance management, procurements. 

• Familiar with government grants and application process. 

• Preferably to have pre-opening experiences or past working experiences in Fintech or similar industry. 

• Someone who has no issue to start work in less than one month notice. 

• Team player, diligent, proactive and attentive to details 

• Highly adaptable and can work well with multiple priorities. 

• Able to work independently in a fast pace environment. 

• Good time management skill and proficient in Microsoft office. 


Responsibility 

• Set up the Malaysia KL Office and support Global HRBP in managing the office in Malaysia independently which include recruitment. • Sourcing and evaluation of vendor. 

• Handling expense claims for key management. 

• Monitor all Company related administrative tasks (update ACRA, BIZFILE, etc.) 

• Preparation of tender bidding submission documents and liaising with external procurement agency. • Events Planning, Staff welfare and benefits arrangements. 

• Other Admin duties such as: attendance, staff leaves, office supplies, plan and assist the coordination of events, reimbursement, payroll, and etc 

• Assist in procurement/delivery for IT/Telecommunication supplies. 

• Maintenance of HR software and communication tools. 

• Any other adhoc duties. 


Benefits 

REMUNERATION PACKAGE: RM 3,000 – 5,000 Basic 

• Travel Allowance (If needed to travel down to Johor (Jland Menara, JBCC) / KL for work). 

• Annual Bonus (3 to 8 months) 

o Top Performer will entitle Up to 8 months’ basic 

o Average performer will entitle 3-4 months’ basic 

• Personal Incentive (KPI) – ½ Month Basic 

• Talent will entitle to 16.5 months annum salary, on average basis. 

• Opportunity of work in Singapore/ Shanghai, China in the future. 


Job Details

WORKING LOCATION: KUALA LUMPUR 

WORKING HOUR: Mon-Fri only, 9am to 6pm.
