    Our project is spearheaded by seasoned professionals with experience in the architecture of consensus mechanisms, randomness research, real-time data services, investment banking, digital securities, traditional stock exchanges, big data, doctoral academia, big 4 consulting, blockchain/DLT, and DeFi.     What we're looking for

    We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with exceptional interpersonal and critical thinking skills who can manage and foster new hires for our engineering and technical teams.  We are growing at a rapid pace and need the resources to keep up with our growth so we can continue growing the best blockchain oracle in the world.  

    If you’re the right candidate you’ll be passionate about finding candidates who are passionate about the future of data and the potential of DeFi, computer science, blockchain, and technology. We prefer a technical candidate with experience in finding senior and lead-level engineers who are willing to push themselves and continue learning new technologies at breakneck speeds.

    Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for the full life cycle technical recruitment for our engineering & technical teams
    • Be a trusted recruiting advisor for Supra’s most critical business units
    • Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way
    • You will work closely together with recruitment coordinators and other team members to make sure we attract and hire the best talent
    • Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the local and global Talent Acquisition and HR team
    • Recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice; for example, you will run recruitment workshops for hiring managers and interviewers
    • Package and present performance and quality of hiring pipelines for main key partners

    • You have experience working as an in-house technical recruiter with high volumes in a vibrant environment.
    • You have experience working in a global market, both in terms of attracting candidates but preferably also from a partner management perspective
    • You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
    • You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
    • You are a standout colleague and you strive for having excellent collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
    • You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
    • You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Supra has a unique and positive experience
    • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

    Getting Started with SupraOracles

    Here at SupraOracles we like to give you some time to orientate yourself.
    We’ll give you lots of time in your first month to do all of these important tasks.

    • Get familiar with your team, the business, our vision, mission and our strategies for success.
