[About Our Team]:
QA團隊除了提供使用者穩定功能的產品以外，會需要與不同團隊保持良好的透明化溝通：
- 與產品團隊討論，不同需求的測試資源以及測試計畫。
- 與App團隊/後端團隊，採行持續交付測試的流程，由出版範圍的認知，至確定的修改範圍，再到測試範圍的協作過程。

[Job Descriptions]
1. 負責建立測試計畫、依據軟體規格撰寫測試案例並且持續優化測試流程。 

2. 與開發團隊與產品經理共同協作、收集資訊、釐清問題以及梳理出合理的解決與驗證方案。 

3. 負責管理ISO認證系統，包括資訊安全管理以及品質管理。 

4. 學習新知，勇於嘗試，增進工作流程與效率。 

1. Responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans and test suites ensure the successful delivery of a quality product. 

2. Co-working with developers and product manager to identify quality issues and drive corrective solution. 

3. Responsible for managing ISO certification, including information security management stystem and quality management system. 

4. Willingness to learn and try new things to enhance overall working process and efficiency.

[Basic Qualifications]:
- 熟悉軟體品質驗證流程
- 熟悉測試方法論
- 擁有至少1年以上的手機測試經驗
- 擁有發布版本管理經驗
- Proven bug detection and bug isolation skills
- Familar with software quality assurance methodology
- Have at least 1 year experience in mobile testing
- Experienced in release management
