    Job Purpose 

     Troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer feedback and solutions in time. Plus, communicate with customers' tech team directly if necessary. Also, write support documentation and scripts for solutions.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    1、Troubleshooting technical issues.

    2、Diagnosing and repairing bugs.

    3、Speaking to the Customer Support team to quickly get to the root of their problem.

    4、Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.

    5、Following up with Customer Support to ensure the problem is resolved.

    6、Provide training and support to internal teams

    7、Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.

     

    Essential

    1、Good problem-solving skills.

    2、1+ years work experience with Ruby on Rails.  

    3、Prior experience in tech support

    4、Excellent interpersonal skills.

    5、Good written and verbal communication in English.
