JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities Working with team providing administrative support Business trip and hotel arrangement for staff Manage staff expense claims and external invoices Collect and consolidate reports Provide general support to visitors Other ad-hoc duties/project assigned   Qualifications and skills Diploma or equivalent in any discipline Proven experience as an Assistant Executive/Team Secretary Able to work effectively and maintain good relationship with team members. Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Highly proficient in MS office (excel, work and PowerPoint) A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure and independently.
