Senior Developer – AI and Big Data Product - Wisers Information Limited 慧科｜Meet.jobs

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, design and develop the core components of Wisers AI and Big Data Products.
• Deliver clean, robust and scalable API for product team to unleash the power of our gigantic data set.
• Be an integral part of product/engineering project team to define, design and build WOW products;
• Work closely with Chief Architect and create architectural solutions to solve difficult engineering problem in the data retrieval and data processing area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement on performance and deploy effective caching mechanism;
• Stay in current and new web technology trends and backend technology.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
• 5+ years of programming experiences. (Java,  Go or Python);
• Experience in handling high traffic distributed system or big data system is a plus;
• Hands-on experience in continuous improvement on application performance and ability to deploy effective caching mechanism;
• Familiar with big data processing related technology, include but not limited to Elasticsearch, Hadoop, Spark or Apache Arrow;
• Familiar with source code management software (SVN/GIT);
• Experience in using MySQL/Oracle/Mongo DB, or other NoSQL is a plus;
• Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks, patterns and tools;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment;
• Passionate on writing clean, semantic and industrial graded code; Curious on various industrial standard frameworks;
