Requirements:
1) B.A and/or B.S or equivalent
2) 8+ years of B2B technology sales experience. SaaS sales experience is a must.
3) 2+ years management experience with demonstrated strong competency and proven track record in sales management and leadership. Experience in building sales organizations and hiring and training top talent
4) Metrics driven mindset with a strong analytical approach. Experience in setting sales processes
5) Ability to travel >30% of the time
6) Aggressive attitude in developing new accounts and building relationships
6) Good Communication skills with an ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude
7) Passion and motivation to deliver in a fast paced, startup environment, with the desire to learn and be part of a highly experienced team
