Compensation and Benefit

1. Basic Salary: 720,000 - 1,800,000 TWD/yr
2. Sales commission can be higher than 75% of total income, that’s why 1,800,000 TWD the maximum. In fact, can be even higher.
3. After work for one year, you will receive stock options at least equal to 3 months your salary and based on your performance to get more.
4. 10-day annual leave after work for one year and increase by years.

Job Content

1. Business development and key account management of employer clients, majorly in Taiwan, also in Singapore and SEA region, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Europe and other countries around the world.
2. In specific, including customer research, identify and prioritize clients, cold-calling or reference, onsite visit, business engagement and customer service.
3. Co-work with Marketing partners to define promotion strategy of employer clients and jobs and to generate necessary contents.
4. Co-work with professional, local and foreigner communities and mit.Jobs’ referrer group to source and recommend qualified candidates.
5. Collect market information co-work with the IT team and advise the web development.
6. Partnership management with current and potential business partners.
7. Business travel requested 20% (roughly) of total working time. Majorly to Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, and Japan.

Requirements

Must have

1. At least 3 years working experience
2. At least 1 year Sales/ Business Development/ Marketing/ IT or related experience
3. Proficient English and Mandarin Chinese at least business-negotiation level
4. Passion and ambition, can work in very intensive, high challenge and fast pace circumstance

1. Proven record achievement of business development or engagement
2. Overseas or cross-cultural working experience
3. International startup working experience
4. Startup working experience
5. MNC working experience
6. Work, study or live in more than 3 countries
7. Cross-functional experience, e.g. software engineer + human resource
8. Human resource or talent acquisition background
9. IT/ Software engineer/ Developer background 
10. Second foreign language (except English and Mandarin Chinese)
