[球]和[學]，結合體育和學業，同時也代表著求學，即[追求知識]。目前亞洲學生在[追求知識]或是得到入學機會僅藉由學業成績，我們希望能創造不一樣的管道，讓學生透過參與課堂外的活動來獲得更多教育的機會，[球學]即代表和象徵著此願景。

我們相信運動在求學過程中扮演一個獨特的角色，可以培養學生重要的價值觀和態度

團隊合作、勇氣、職業道德、正向態度、韌性及領導力

因此，我們以培育學生運動能力的『球隊』為服務對象，視『幫助球隊獲得資源』為己任

我們相信幫助球隊成功，學生在求學期間也會獲得良好的體驗

我們希望贏得家長及學校的認同，進一步地打造畢業後校友的歸屬感

我們相信這不僅僅是幫助個人，同時也可以成為凝聚學校、城市、社會的工具

我們竭盡所能地幫助球隊，讓學生、家長、學校、甚至整個城市

一起為建立一個健康的『運動教育生態系統』而努力

我們邀請相信並支持這個願景的個人、客戶、和合作夥伴相會、工作和生活在【球學】

【球學願景】提升亞洲學生組織性運動參與性從1％到50%

To increase student’s organized sports participation from 1% to 50% in Asia

　　

每年有超過300多所高中籃球隊參與了甲組和乙組的HBL賽事

然而，卻有240多支籃球隊一年平均打不到3場比賽

此外，比賽密集地集中在上課時間更讓球員錯過課業上的學習

於是，超過80%的球隊沒有獲得足夠的賽事場數又喪失適當的課程栽培

是時候改變了

我們深信學生透過參與課外活動的訓練、競賽與交流的過程中

會逐步建立未來面對社會的能力

他們會找到自己是誰、他們會開始探索興趣

他們將被挖掘熱情與天賦的所在，進而變成一個更好的自己！

因此，我們參考美國已運行百年的架構及規章，成立了『球學聯盟』

讓球隊有更多競賽的機會、讓學校用嶄新的方式建立社群、讓球員重視學業成績如同他重視運動一般

我們以這個為願景，我們的願景是-提升亞洲學生組織性運動參與性從1％到50%

【球學文化】球學致力幫助學校和學生運動球隊成功，我們經營的運動教育生態系統，是為了服務所有學校，讓包括校方、老師、教練、球員、球迷享有一同成長和獲益的機會。
