The Job

You will be responsible for:

• Executing projects by conducting interview sessions with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, recommending solutions and preparing impact reports
• Developing new ideas and methodologies as the range of clients and issues expands. You will also own the development and execution of these ideas 
• Expanding a network of HR solution providers and partners, while establishing good working relationships to increase the range of solutions offered to clients
• Growing a client base by prospecting and connecting with potential clients

 

The Profile

• You have at least 2 years experience, ideally but not necessarily in HR or Management Consulting
• You are able to think through issues in a structured way and articulate, and defend your chosen methodology
• You keep up to date on the latest trends in technology, and can quickly understand and use new technology and applications
• You are a credible and convincing communicator with a strong command of written English
• You are a problem-solver who thinks up creative ways to overcome challenges
