Technical Program Manager - Modalku (Funding Societies)｜Meet.jobs

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be part of a new and growing team, with the opportunity to establish collaboration processes that you own, and drive both radical, incremental and scalable improvements to the way we operate. 

 

What you’ll do

· Be the bridge between Business and Engineering, by working with people across all our functions to deliver new features to market 

· Plan, manage, and track critical cross-functional initiatives for Funding Societies | Modalku

· Design and drive adoption of organization-wide processes to ensure high standards for the delivery and quality of projects

· Lead change management and adoption of new processes

· Develop and report metrics to track the overall health of operations and identify opportunities for improvement

· Manage prioritisation of unplanned efforts (bugs, sudden regulatory requirements, etc) against roadmap initiatives

· Develop a strong understanding of our product and technology, and leverage that expertise to advise stakeholders

· Lead team members to ensure objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively

 

You may shine in this role if you 

· Possess a project delivery or technical leadership background and strong organisational, interpersonal skills which will enable you to succeed in a fast-paced environment

· Have experience in change management for multiple functions and geographies. (Preferable)

· Have experience driving execution when team members are working from different offices and countries

· Are familiar with agile concepts and methods, and flexible enough to adapt them for specific teams and situations to simplify project delivery

· Have experience with multiple project management tools, and also equally open to throwing together a quick GSheet when needed

· Have strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills

· Are familiar with Jira, Confluence, or other similar tools
