Job Description

● Work closely with HR team and provide major support for employer branding needs.

● Doing Digital & Physical Employer Branding

● Improving awareness and attraction for qualified applicants in large numbers.

● Work closely with HR team and provide major support for employer branding needs

● Keep the stock of Employer Branding materials and equipment.

● Assist in ensuring Employer Branding database is updated and effective.

 

Qualifications

●University Bachelor, majoring Psychology, Human Resources, Economy, or Management are preferred

● Has minimum 3-years relevant experience as an Employer Branding

● Orientation to details, and strong task management skills

● People enthusiast & strong in branding

● Fluent in English and Indonesian

● A drive to self-start, to pursue excellence, and to learn and grow

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills

● Proficiency in the following or related applications: MS Office, Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, Google Slides.
