    AWE currently supports executives based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, New York, and Chicago. AWE is based in Los Angeles, CA, but has staff in all other client regions. 

    We are currently seeking a Regional Associate to join our team and report into the Regional Director of CA and Managing Director of NY. The Regional Associate will apply strategic thinking, business writing, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills to assist the Regional Directors in pursuit of business outcomes. The position is based in Los Angeles. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inside Sales/Scheduling: 
    Engage with senior-level corporate executive women to proactively schedule and confirm sales meetings through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns; 
    Gather business intelligence on companies, leads and qualified prospects; 
    Partner with the Directors to create customized plans for assigned territories to support sales cycle success and to drive urgency; 
    Ensure that CRM database contains accurate account details and contact information; 
    Prepare pre-visit materials for prospect interactions; 
    Shadow and participate in calls, visits, presentations and web walk-throughs; 
    Career networking; 
    Solution-oriented problem-solving.

    Qualifications 
    Successful candidates will possess: 

    True belief in AWE’s mission to significantly improve the number of women in senior management and onboard seats;

    Spirit of generosity and service; 
    Intellectual curiosity and drive to problem solve; 
    Past work experience in a sales position; e.g. internship or part-time job; 
    Natural ability to connect with people and to be a connector for people; 
    Excellent written and oral communication skills; 
    Solid understanding of business concepts and ability to quickly learn function overviews; 
    Exceptional ability to establish credibility with senior-level executives; 
    Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure; 
    Flexibility and agility in a high-growth environment; 
    Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills; 
    Strong attention to detail; 
    Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; 
    Advanced computer and internet search skills; 
    Great sense of humor; 
    Bachelor’s Degree required.
