Your Responsibilities:

• You develop a strategy to secure a long-term inflow of high caliber talents for all of our ventures from all across APAC

• You pro-actively search for talents to join us and build a diverse pipeline of high skilled ad-tech enthusiasts

• You find new ways to attract talents, you actively engage with them and build a long lasting and strong relationship

• You conduct first interviews and you are able to identify the best talents

• You support with the holistic application management and schedule personal and telephone interviews

• You are responsible for a smooth recruiting process and a positive candidate experience

• You work independently and manage your own projects & recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices from the industry that will contribute to the growth of the organization

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from a Top University

• 2-4 years of relevant working experience

• You are a quick learner and thus quickly dive into our business model and recruitment processes

• Very strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders

• You like to solve complex problems and are able to prioritize between different projects at the same time

• You are a team player and don’t mind “getting your hands dirty“ to support others

• You are passionate about mobile advertising and recruitment and want to bring our business to the next level

• You think big and have a passion for achievement
