Your Responsibilities:

• Develop AAA talent for our team in Japan
• Build a strong, performance-driven company culture in our Tokyo office that aligns closely with the global AppLift culture
• Represent AppLift in Japan and build up strong, long lasting, and sustainable client relationships with Japanese Demand and Supply partners
• Implement scalable, efficient, and sustainable processes to handle business between our offices globally
• Represent AppLift at industry events in Japan and around the world, if required

Our Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in adtech, mobile, ecommerce, or other related fields
• Very strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
• You like to solve complex problems and are able to prioritize between different projects at the same time
• You are a team player and don’t mind “getting your hands dirty“ to support others
• You are passionate about mobile AdTech and want to bring our business to the next level
• You think big and have a passion for achievement
