The successful candidate for the position of Startup Engagement Manager (EMEA) will report to the Head of Innovation & Startup Ecosystem and be based in London. The role positions an individual in a young, fast-growing team at one of the world’s largest innovation platforms.

The Startup Engagement Manager (EMEA) will lead the scouting, review and onboarding of startups for Unbound’s events in Europe, Middle East and Africa (FinTech Abu Dhabi, October 2019; Technology Innovation Pioneers, November 2019; and Unbound London, TBC 2020). You will work with the Community Manager to connect with and onboard Community Partners, then work with those partners to engage relevant startups. You will drive the promotion of startup opportunities and support the operations team, based in Singapore, to onboard exhibitors to events. First and foremost, you will be the first point of contact for Startups involved in the FinTech 50 at FinTech Abu Dhabi, those invited to TIP and the Unbound50 at Unbound London.

You will support the team’s overall delivery of innovation activity, including the scouting, onboarding and monitoring of startups while supporting community partner engagement & the development of ecosystem intelligence. As Unbound is a global organisation, your duties will not be exclusive to the region in which you are based.
