    At TOKIGAMES, we believe that spectating Esports ought to be an interactive, engaging and empowering experience.

    Driven by this founding proposition, we are on a legendary quest to innovate, develop and provide customized 'Games as an Audience Marketing and Engagement Solution' (G.A.M.E.S.) to sports and esports stakeholders.

    Our goal is to provide a platform that converts the passive spectator into an active audience by enabling fans to feel included and involved in the epic moments that occur during a live match.

    We partner, collaborate and work with Brand Owners, Video Game Developers and Publishers, Competition and Tournament Organizers, and Venue Owners to provide a differentiated and gamified audience engagement solution as part of their acquisition, activation, retention and monetization strategy.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are looking for a creative director who has a unique blend of creative vision and business sense to create novel and impressive campaigns that are relevant to our target audience and stakeholders. Someone who thinks and thrives out of the box, is a source of inspiration, and who challenges the norms to provoke a reaction.

    Your key responsibility will be to lead the creative team while working closely with the marketing and business development departments to conceptualize, strategize and execute campaigns. In doing so, you will be become the point of reference for creative decisions to ensure consistency and creativity for our corporate branding and business-to-business partnerships.

    The ideal candidate should have a portfolio of successful campaigns, experience in managing people and is passionate about the gaming industry.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    -Create and implement tailored concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion 
    -Collaborate with the business development team to obtain knowledge of partnership requirements 
    -Oversee the creative process which involves brainstorming sessions with the creative team and encouraging creative thinking while maintaining strategic alignment to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives 
    -Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are aligned with our branding strategy 
    -Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques 
    -Supervise the department's daily work-flow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets 
    -Understand business objectives and generate practical ideas for implementation 
    -Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders

    REQUIREMENTS

    -Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative and managerial role 
    -Understanding and past experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile and activations 
    -A strong understanding of design, copy and web practices 
    -Excellent working knowledge of creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. 
    -Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
