Sky Magic is looking for a Drone Show Pilot / UAV Technical Engineer to lead the development of the choreography of drone show. He/she will be a key member to produce a dynamic and magical drone show in the space. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

On the show site: 
As the drone show pilot, he/she operates the drone show fleet to the maximum safety, and help the whole team to accomplish the drone show project on site. 

In the office: 
Review the show environment, plan the fight path, support the show designer to create the animation, rendering the video, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 

· Operation of drone show on site.

· Do site visit if needed.

· Devise the drone show flight plan together with show designer/creative director

· Help the show designer to produce the design and animation of the choreography of drone show with creative, imaginative and lateral thinking. 

· Deliver products on time, often in tight timeframe

· Good team works spirit.

· Timely communication with clients in different time zone.  

· Have a startup spirit and strong interest in the drone industry! 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Background in engineering

· Knowledge of how to operate a consumer drone and can fly both GPS, ATT mode 

· Holding a drone pilot licence in Singapore is an added advantage.

· Familiar with Google Earth is a plus

· Basic knowledge of computer-based 3D software, 2D design programs and AutoCAD that can produce artwork for choreography of drones show within technical and design parameters.

· To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work with people from artistic and entertainment background to create the contents that clearly conveys what they are describing.

· Able to meet tight deadlines, adapt working hours to different time zones, and maintain consistent performance in stressful environment.

· Must be willing to travel overseas to deliver projects or for training.

· Well versed in Mandarin, Japanese, or other foreign languages an added advantage.
