Reporting to the VP Marketing - Brand & Communications, the Marketing Coordinator is an entry level role which is key in supporting the entire Marketing function across content, PR, events, operations, design and digital marketing. We are looking for an energetic, self starter looking to learn, grow and gain wide exposure to global marketing activities.
This role will provide the successful candidate with professional growth, with a real opportunity for career progression and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
* Work with the entire marketing team to help coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
* Help coordinate marketing programs across our global offices.
* Draft written materials - including desk research and data gathering - for both internal & external content (ie. blog posts, social media, award entries and newsletters)
* Support on events including venue research, swag management and logistics.
* Assist with data management, list segmentation, and lead routing in HubSpot.
* Support reporting for marketing programs using HubSpot and Google Analytics. Help identify opportunities to improve campaigns.
* Scout visual databases for imagery or other materials to support design requests and projects.
* Monitor industry news and websites to report on emerging trends.
* Assist in maintaining relationships with vendors.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree (or a 500 word essay as to why you think you are perfect candidate but haven’t got a degree)
* Some experience: intern in marketing, communications, PR or similar.
* Strong writer with experience and interest in crafting content for various channels
* Organized with high personal accountability
* Tech savvy - adopter of digital marketing, project management programs and Google Suite. Business experience with Social Media and content platforms a plus!
* Passionate about the intersection of technology and marketing
* Super-detail orientated - it makes you unhappy to see mistakes in copy, you love everything to be perfect in every way, and of course always delivered spot on time!
* Thrives in a team-oriented environment - excited to pitch in where/as needed across the marketing team.
* Ability to take direction and work independently, balanced with a strong sense of how/when to communicate updates.
* Humble, a listener and a quick learner.
