In order to continue the healthy growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst (m/f/d) who will play a major role in shaping our organizational strategy by providing us with quantitative insights that help us improve & continuously refine ideas, processes & existing products.
YOUR MISSION
• Be analytical: Applying A/B testing frameworks and other statistical tests methods, you drive smarter and better-informed decision making which is key to providing a great product to our users.
• Be an optimizer: Providing data-driven insights to various stakeholders, you streamline learnings across different departments and enable them with an in-depth understanding of organizational, customer and market behavior which directly impacts our overall strategy.
• Be a data wizard: Develop key metrics and KPIs that departments need to track in order to be successful and set up dashboards to help them monitor the same.
YOUR PROFILE
• You have a background in computer science, mathematics or any other quantitative discipline
• You manage strong knowledge of an analytical/statistical programming language such as R/Python
• You have a good working knowledge of SQL and possess the ability to extract data in order to perform data analysis
• You have the ability to create reports using data visualization tools
• You stand out with a great business mindset and the passion to challenge existing processes and then improve them in order to identify areas for improvements and business growth
• You have strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality, and a passion for finding simple solutions for complex problems in your field.
• You possess excellent communication, as well as well-versed written and verbal English skills which enable you to explain technical matters in an easy and understandable way
