Job Description

You will be required to support the new service development framework, collaborate with internal
stakeholders and various workgroups to operationalize and review service and process standards.
You will monitor, on a regular basis, related key value performance indicators and make
recommendations to the Director of Pearl and Partnership Development as part of TTSH continuous
service and operations improvement process.

The Requirements
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and project management skills.
• Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Effective team player and communicator with a good command of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in a second language is an advantage
• Possess good people skills and is highly motivated and resultsoriented
• Ability to multitask
with minimal supervision and work under tight deadlines
