GrowthSpot, a fully funded and accelerating startup company in Asia, carries a mission to build an ad-tech software product that empowers SMEs in Asia to do digital marketing better and cheaper with automation and AI technologies. We are looking for a highly capable Content Marketing Specialist who has strong skill set in inbound and content marketing to join our team in Hong Kong or Taipei. This role will entail you to be deeply involved and exposed in planning for content marketing development for a fast growing tech company. This is a great opportunity to further develop your content and growth marketing skills by working together with a team of talented marketers.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

You will mainly be responsible for the following:
* be responsible for overall content marketing development of GrowthSpot
* lead the marketing academy develop to foster a content-based education system
* produce in-depth and high quality blog posts regularly to bring in inbound leads
* assist and support for seminars and workshops materials for potential users
* serve our client’s content marketing efforts and provide strategic inputs
* manage our social media profiles by publishing creative and engaging posts
* support other marketing efforts by writing creative and relevant copy to be used in online advertising channels (e.g. GDN, UAC, FB, IG)
* Test and measure the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of growth tests conducted with content and copywriting variables
* conduct quarterly and annually content and inbound planning


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Requirements:
* 1-2 years relevant working experience
* related experience in digital marketing agency or e-commerce company is a plus
* University degree or above
* Bachelor in in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relationships, Language is a plus
* Good team player with good communication skills and positive attitude
* Open-minded and strong willingness to learn and improve
* Good organisational and coordination skills
* Enjoy helping people and deliver value to others
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese
* Experience or knowledge in Growth Hacking is a strong plus
* With track record in good content production is a plus

Note: Candidates with less experience while demonstrated potential would also be considered. Fresh graduates with great potentials are welcome to apply.
