    Ensure that Zenyum’s fast-growing partner clinics are as thrilled to be part of the Zenyum family as we are to have them. Help build a healthcare start-up with rocket speed. You’ll expand our footprint across Singapore by finding new clinics and taking care of our existing partners. You fit with Zenyum's culture of delivering outstanding service and communication.

    You are a fit for this role, if you:

    • Are empathic and a natural-born-communicator who genuinely enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis, to make sure our partners are fully satisfied with Zenyum’s service
    • Want full ownership of your role and decisions, and recognize the importance of team communication
    • Have previous experience working with dentists or medical professionals
    • Have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management or a client-facing role
    • Think quickly on your feet and come up with creative solutions to operational problems
    • Are tech-, data- and performance-oriented, and you constantly optimise your approach
    • Are keen to learn about the process of Clear Aligners and feel comfortable in acquiring new skills in a complex environment
    • Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
    • Have graduated recently from a top-school in Singapore or internationally (Singapore Citizen /PR with Chinese language skills highly preferred)
    • Willing to travel to Malaysia 10-20% of the time and around Singapore
    • Would enjoy working in a rapidly growing team in one of Singapore’s most dynamic environments
