    Job description & requirements

    Ensure our Customers are well taken care of throughout their Zenyum journey through resolving issues, answering enquiries and providing information to cater to our customer needs.

     

    You are a fit for this role, if you:

    • Know basic written and spoken Mandarin
    • Have previously worked in Customer Service and Experience in a professional capacity (1-2 years)
    • Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum’s innovative approach
    • Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability bring both to the table
    • Are able to plan, execute and organise tasks effectively
