[Overview]
Our AI Engineers build learning-based computer vision systems on the distributed platform formed by computing cloud and thousands of connected cameras.
[Salary Range]
Depends on your experience and skill set, the salary of this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually with 0.02% to 0.05% share.
[What you'll be doing]
1. Learn cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning algorithms.
We're super excited whenever new deep learning techniques are out and are serious about applying the best to improve one of our core technologies – autonomous video security. You will join our regular study group covering new research papers and techs, to catch up the state of the art in this field.
2. Design, implement and optimize machine learning systems such as data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment to cameras.
You'll learn and apply many cloud backends and embedded system knowledge, including neural network accelerators. Working with other talented engineers to come up with creative ways to improve our machine learning pipelines.
3. Operate large-scale systems with infrastructure engineers.
You will design and implement effective performance metrics to monitor how the machine learning system is performing. You will learn many modern techniques for building and maintaining distributed systems.
[What you'll need]
1. Proficiency in Python/C/C++ development
2. Experience with implementing computer vision or machine learning algorithms in practice.
3. Write clean and maintainable code with design documents and unit tests.
4. Good communication skills and a positive attitude to work with colleagues in Taipei, London, and San Francisco. Share your knowledge.
5. Aptitude to learn fast and adapt to new tech.
