Role
We are looking for a UX Design Intern to help us create the best digital telco experience for our customers. You’ll be involved in the entire product design lifecycle from ideation, research, development, up until launch and all the fun stuff that comes after. You will understand behaviours of our customers and listen to what they have to say. Your ability to empathize with the user to derive actionable insights will contribute significantly in creating a world-class experience for the users.
* Research into key personas and deep dive into user behavior of multiple verticals of the funnel.
* Collect, consolidate and analyze learnings from research methods to provide insights and improvements based on research methodologies.
Requirements
* An undergrad in your 3rd or 4th year studying UX Design, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Sociology.
* Strong communication skills
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* People-friendly. As technological savvy as you are, you will need to be able to break out of the cycle to speak to people across all walks of life.
* Able to translate huge volumes of data into actionable points and insights. You will need a great eye for detail to identify customer pain points based on research!
* Minimum duration of 3 months. 6 months is ideal.
* (Preferred) Good understanding of pros and cons of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and when to apply the right methods
* (Preferred) Basic knowledge of research methods, statistics, survey design, interviewing processes, ethnography, usability testing etc.
* (Preferred) Basic design software skills - Sketch is our go-to tool, unless you have something better, try talking us into it!
