Senior / Architectural Designer - DP Architects Pte Ltd｜Meet.jobs

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all architectural teams in project-in-charge;
• Works closely with Team Leaders to highlight discrepancies in drawings or lacking areas to ensure smooth delivery of project;
• Liaises with contractors and consultants on work site;
• Reviews shop drawings, RFI, material samples, method statement, etc;
• Liaises with design team on design, coordination issues;
• Attends meetings with design team and coordinates with all disciplines involved in projects (e.g. architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, interior design and landscaping);
• Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances;
• Oversees and monitor progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
• Perform administrative role required by the respective form of contract.

Requirements:

• A recognized Degree in Architecture; preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore; Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant architectural experience
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices;
• Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programmes such as Revit, Microstation, Photoshop and Sketchup;
• Flair in design, ability to sketch fast and produce good design concepts;

**Candidates with higher experience will be considered for Senior position**
