On the Inkitt platform over 100,000 authors upload their manuscripts and 2 million readers can read them for free. The best stories are objectively selected based on reader engagement and published on our immersive reading app Galatea. Currently, our most successful author Sapir Englard, a 24 year old from Israel who uploaded her story to Inkitt in 2018 and her story is selling faster than Harry Potter on Galatea all around the world.

GALATEA is growing at an exponential rate! We are looking for a Story Intelligence Lead to perform business analytics on the stories and to turn data into opportunities for our writers to write better-performing content.
You will:
* You will take ownership of the story intelligence process at Inkitt while working hand in hand with the Galatea team and our data team to create better story-telling experiences.
* You will be a key driver of revenue improvement.
* You will build story performance dashboards and deliver insights from data to writers (story developers) using advanced SQL
* You will perform A/B tests of various story versions with the aim to improve the stories.
* In collaboration with our in-house Hollywood writers and based on your analysis and insights you will identify better versions of the tested stories.
You have:
* Advanced knowledge of SQL;
* Statistical knowledge allowing to carry out correct A/B tests
* Minimum 3 years experience on analytical position where you had to communicate insights from performed analytics
* Python experience is a plus
* Analytical and product-centric mindset
