    The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategizing and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localize marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. This team is responsible for data-driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to reach the targeted customers.

    Job Description:

    • Manage various types of talents for Shopee Live. Talents range from freelancers, part-time hosts, macro to niche influencers.
    • Assist in recruitment, profiling and scheduling of talents for Shopee Live. Communicate details for participation and ensure commitment is filled. 
    • Develop and maintain relationships with hosts and participating Shopee brands, sellers, and partners. 
    • Assist in admin tasks, including payment of talents and coordination between Shopee and participating Shopee brands, sellers and partners. 
    • Acquire, onboard, and maintain close relations with livestream sellers and/or brands.
    • Educate livestream sellers and/or brands on methods in which they can optimize their livestream. 
    • Involved in creating livestream content for Shopee’s brands, sellers and partners.
    • Coordinate across different functions (e.g. marketing, business development) and external parties (e.g. brands, sellers etc) for content and execution. 
    • Manage sellers and//or brands livestream performance with regular reporting and progress tracking. 
    • Assist with executing livestreams (prop preparation, in-session support etc..)

     

    Requirements: 

    • Open to fresh grads. Good degree from recognized university. Background in communications/marketing is a bonus.
    • Open to working weekends, nights and flexible hours, should livestream be scheduled during off-work hours.
    • Excellent command of language.
    • Ability to be creative operationally and strategically.
    • Good project management skills and communication.
    • Creative and meticulous. 
    • Strong work ethics and performance-driven.
    • Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

    Shopee
