Job Description:
- Design social media strategies and executional methods across the region to achieve marketing targets
- Develop plans for online content across the region, recommending big ideas and content frameworks based on market needs and content gaps
- Employ a variety of research techniques to analyze social media and influencer efforts across Shopee markets (SEA + TW) to create weekly / monthly reports including insights, optimizations and future strategy development
- Identify competitors and cross-market learnings to develop best practices across the region
- Develop ongoing benchmarks and KPIs
- Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how regional or local teams can best leverage new strategies or tools
- Work closely across functions to execute and evaluate performance for regional campaigns, ensuring positive workflow and relations
- Train regional and local team members in driving social media growth
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a strategist in a creative agency or digital agency environment
- SEA regional experience preferred
- Strong interest and aptitude for developing social media strategy, content solutions and optimization practices across platforms
- Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long term execution plans and implement those plans
- Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present and guide team members
- Possesses well developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan next steps across multiple platforms and markets
- Possesses strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and problem solve efficiently
- Willing to travel to local markets where needed to assist in training or executions
