We’re looking for an experienced Lead Engineer who is up for a challenge. Someone who is excited about working with a team of skilled engineers to create an amazing product.

Discipline; to work around regulations, build safety mechanisms thrice over, and work with multiple layers of security

REQUIREMENTS

4 years+ experience working on some part of the web stack. Experience leading teams is a bonus!
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
Willingness to spend the time to fully understand a problem and edit libraries if need be.
Familiarity with our tech stack is a plus (reactjs / redux / flow, python, couchdb (or some nosql DB), postgresql)
Computer Science / related degree is a plus
Ability to work in a small kick ass team
