General Manager (Malaysia) - Doctor Anywhere｜Meet.jobs

The role reports to the Founder, CEO Singapore and the incumbent is responsible for the following:

• Manage and oversee the day to day operations which includes the setting up of the new business entity in Malaysia
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies for growth
• Responsible for developing clear value propositions and driving local marketing strategies
• Plan and project a revenue and profit pipeline with realistic profit and loss to meet the company’s financial targets
• Maintain budgets and optimise expenses
• Ensure company policies, processes and legal guidelines are communicated and adhered to
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
• Providing guidance and motivation to employee drive maximum performance
• Prepare timely reports to HQ (Singapore)
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Requirements

• Preferably in Degree in Business with minimum of 8 years of experience in Executive and Leadership role
• Healthcare industry experience will be advantageous
• Experience in setting up new business entity will be preferred
• Possess business acumen with the ability to think strategically and analytically
• Possess drive, initiative, business savviness and a keen sense of ownership to engage clients and buidling a team
