We’re looking for a consultative and tenacious Sales Consultant Representative
to join our growing sales team in Moovaz. Help us solve real-world problems
while streamlining the inefficient industry of Human Mobility.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will…
· Identify and develop plans to acquire new sales opportunities through direct sales techniques (phone calls, emails, Linkedin, and other social mediums)
· Effectively communicate value proposition, company vision, product and service capabilities to target clients and their needs
· Identify key people and accounts in the industry and work with them to generate leads and opportunities
· Generate sales forecast and develop sales strategies and plans
· Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
· Report to the CRO on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
· Stay up to date with new products and services, along with new pricing/payment plans
KPIs
· Number of Prospect connected and the turnaround time
· The percentage of positive reply rate and appointment acceptance rate
· Sales Results
Requirements
· BA/BS degree preferred with at least 2 years of professional work experience in similar fields
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills. You should be a great writer, speaker and listener
· Self-directed/ self-started – able to take initiative to establish new contacts, leads and seek support needed
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
· Able to adapt well and have the flexibility as we move things fast
· Have resilience and a “can-do” attitude
· Great accountability and follows through on all commitments
