Responsibilities
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you tackle the challenges of scaling up our business and strategically planning its expansion. You gain an inside perspective on internet ventures and build up deep functional expertise. You will be placed in a team of very motivated and talented A-players who are driving our business forward. The role is a unique opportunity to learn, experience and join a first-class team.
At Helpling, no two days are the same. The following tasks will be part of your new role:
- You work on scaling up the Helpling business in Singapore, Australia and across Southeast Asia
- Strategic planning and execution for digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Increase and strengthen web presence
- Improve lead generation on social media, search engines, portals and forums
The Ideal Candidate
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and ideally at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing (SEM/SEO/SMM)
- You are well-versed with the Adobe Creative Suite and are proficient in HTML & CSS
- You are ambitious and keen on working in a high-performance environment
- You have a proven track record of getting things done. You have a hands-on mentality and can prioritize your tasks effectively and efficiently
- You are comfortable with Excel and data analysis
