Responsibilities

• Brief and execute print, digital creative, manage advertorials for various business units within the bank
• Responsible for briefing, image selection, copy­writing, tonality and timely execution of all collaterals
• Manage, planning and executing of campaigns adhering to timelines and budgets, including tracking of spends
• Enhance processes and drive project efficiency and productivity as well as guide junior staff on the execution of marketing communications campaign.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and proactively advises business units on Marketing Activity Calendars
• Making optimum choices of media that sharpens effectiveness and efficiencies of campaigns
• Working closely with Business Units and responsible for supporting businesses and for business performance
• Competition monitoring and proactive campaign planning and management Requirements Degree with a recognized institution (prefers a focus in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Communications related Discipline)

 

Requirements

• Degree with a recognized institution (prefers a focus in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Communications related Discipline)
• 5­~8 years’ relevant experienced in related marketing communications field (creative agency account servicing background or banking experience as added advantage)
• Able to evaluate creative and media proposals effectively and manage external vendors such as Creative and Media Agencies, Printers and is familiar with the process of creating collaterals and campaigns
• Strong thinking and rationalization capabilities, able to explain/ articulate and present ideas well
• Good understanding of Digital and Social Media marketing, SEO/SEM
• High Proficiency in Oral and Written English with excellent copy writing skills (knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage to handle Chinese media advertisement)
• Strong Organizational skills and ability to interface effectively with senior and junior stakeholders, internal and external teams
• Collaborative Working Style Ability to manage/supervise junior executive
• Strong thinking and rationalization capabilities, able to explain/articulate and present ideas well
