With 16 Clubs in Singapore and over 330 clubs in 15 countries, Fitness First is one of the largest fitness club operations not only in Singapore but globally.

The main accountabilities of the role would include leading and managing the overall Club operations to achieve Club Key Performance Indicators. This includes the overall day to day operations of the Club, Sales, Member Service and Fitness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
- Support dedicated portfolios of the business, partnering with team members to answer any presales queries and communicating the benefits of exercise to prospects and members
- Achieve monthly membership sales target with minimum performance criteria (MPC) and achieve ratios through the use marketing materials and support in a constructive manner to effectively maximize the achievement of sales goals
- Ensure updated product knowledge at all times including all the benefits, facilities and services offered by the fitness club Maintain an effective working relationship and knowledge of all departments within the club
Preferred Qualifications/ Requirement
- Candidates with at least 1 year related sales experience and proven ability in achieving sales targets would have an added advantage
- Able to give good sales presentations and tours of the club in English
- Able to create interest in the club as well as selling in person face–to–face.
- Dynamic individuals without sales experience are welcome to apply as intensive training and career development will be provided.
- Selfmotived, ambitious, energetic and preferably with a genuine interest in communicating the effectiveness of exercise.
