We are currently looking for a manager to lead the software engineering team in Taipei. The candidate will be working on an agile scrum team to plan, design, development, testing, automation and system integration. This position will work closely with TippingPoint engineering team in Austin, TX.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS  

• Excellent language capabilities in both Mandarin and English.
• Proven experience in managing software development and QA team.
• Experience in project management for global teams.
• Solid software development experience on Java or Python.
• A record of driving software development excellence and continual improvement in emerging markets.
• Experience with leading highly technical teams providing networking, system management and security-related technologies such as embedded systems or network security solutions.
• 8+ years of working experience in software development or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor degree (or above) in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Deep experience with software development process, quality assurance practice, client/server management or network security.
