    FOMO Pay is a Singapore-based Fintech company founded by a group of visionary financial technology experts in 2015, introducing to vendors in Southeast Asia, a full suite of cashless mobile payment solutions.     What are we looking for?

    We are now looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join the Payment Solutions team to lead both the Sales Development and Operations team across Singapore market. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership, motivational and strategic business skills to make an impact so as to develop and grow the business.

    The ideal candidate must be passionate and optimistic about Fintech and the a be a strong believer of digitalisation in payment ecosystem. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating sales and services through indirect/ direct sales channel of our Partners, Clients while building up the reputation of FOMO Pay solutions in the payment market.

    Who can best fit the role?

    The successful candidate should be well versed in and understands the business modelling and dynamics of the existing partners / clients/ competitors’ eco-system and effectively develops both short term execution plans and strategic growth/acceleration plan. Familiarity with Chinese payment methods such as WeChat Pay will be bonus. 

    This is a hands-on leadership role which requires excellent business and technical skills to build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns as well as drive inside sales performance. This person will partner with cross-functional teams (including operations, marketing, HR, finance, IT, support), with the primary objective of enabling our QR payment services to scale across the region and attract and retain the most valuable and active client user base on the FOMO’s platform.

    You are an expert in problem-solving with high sales-oriented discipline to work independently and have an excellent work attitude; willing to acquire knowledge with self-initiative and from colleagues.

    Fluency in English and Mandarin Language to communicate with Chinese Speaking Associates will be highly preferred.

    Reporting directly to CEO, you will contribute to shape the growth of payment business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Grow and Develop Business

    · Develop sound understanding on FOMO Pay business model

    · Take accountability for business strategy and execution to drive top line revenue growth and work closely with all parts of Sales, Marketing, Operations team to develop an aligned, cross functional strategy.

    · Identify, structure and lead key strategy initiatives and business programs such as business scaling, resource allocations, growth programs, performance improvement programs and reorganisation.

    · Collaborate with leaders for insight and guidance to ensure alignment with the country and regional priorities.

    · Deliver reporting, perform assessment and communicate results to management.

    Leadership duties

    · Drive accountability for the payment team and success through clear KPI / metric set-up.

    · To build successful and motivated team and develop a career progression plan for them.

    Requirements:

    · Familiar with the regulatory landscape in Singapore or show willingness to learn along steep learning curves.

    · Entrepreneurial and able to work in fast faced environment with numerous stakeholders

    · Proven track record of delivering against targets

    · Analytical, Independent & Problem Solver

    · Fluency in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese speaking associates)

    · Additional Asian languages would be a useful plus.

    · Commercial understanding of technology solutions, specifically towards financial services industry would be preferred
