工作內容
1. To lead the product team and develop the cloud value-added applications , SaaS service, and IDC (internet data center) solution products, define the product roadmap, manage the product development life cycle, and the achieve product revenue/margin goal of EBU.
2. To support EBU’s sales team, pre-sales team and marketing team to development the cloud value-added application business, and external customers to achieve the business goal.
3. To develop product team’s capability in supporting product business growth, encourage team work spirit, and support high levels on the product strategy, budget planning.
30% solutions roadmap, strategy planning, solution development process daily work
30% Inter-departmental collaboration for product development , finance investment analysis, customer’s project support, system implementation, sales training, external partnership establishment, sales & market events’ support.
20% Customer visit for business development or product selling.
20% Team building and coaching.
需求條件
At least 7 years of pre-sale support role or solution development or business development experience in ICT(information & communication technology) business territory , at least 5 years of team management experience.
