Mission and outcomes 

We aim to disrupt and fundamentally change the way companies deal with their governance in the next 3 to 5 years and we are looking for a talented UX/UI lead to join our ranks and take on the design vision to constantly improve and set a new benchmark in how clients will use our interfaces. As an UX/UI Designer, your main duties will be to:

• Be the lead designer who helps us to build new and amazing platform interfaces to make them 200% user centric with the best user experience, who play a critical role in our small and dynamic team. As such you will:     
  • Contribute in designing the features in collaboration with Sleek internal teams to support Sleek business growth and strategy
  • Contribute in improving design of existing features to enhance user experience
  • Value ergonomics, and usability above technical constraints
  • Drive the design system to bring a modern, professional, smooth touch to the platform UI
• Review data to analyze user behaviors and pain points, plan and participate in ongoing usability testing and assessment
• Research and analyze industry UI/UX trends and competitor sites and strategies to ensure our platform competitiveness
• Work alongside our Operational, Product & Engineering team to conduct user research, design thinking workshops, develop user journey maps, wireframes flow & prototypes for our new production projects.
• Mentor and educate a junior UX/UI designer on hard skills

Competencies 

• At least 3 years of user experience design in platform, web or mobile products
• Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design, experience in leading a design process with Lean UX methodology
• Experience in conducting user research through various methods and abilities to translate research finding into tangible product feature improvements
• Ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders using Invision, Principle or Framer tools.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe UX, Zeplin, Abstract
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge of ticketing tools such as Trello & JIRA
• Knowledge of Material Design guidelines & components
• Experience in understand, define and develop a design guideline, design language system and assets library to cultivate consistency in a range of products
