As a Service Operations Strategist, you will be responsible to develop, design, communicate and optimize processes within itemku that will increase customer satisfaction, improving customer experience while also minimizing risk related issues. This role will be working with related stakeholders from different functions internally such as Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, etc. We are looking for passionate individuals that have a curiosity of constant learning and development, data-driven, and strong-willed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement projects that increase our customer satisfaction both for buyers and sellers in our platform
- Manage the end-to-end business processes of all itemku’s products and projects
- Track effectiveness of multiple itemku’s service operations projects.Projects may run concurrently and must link to our OKRs.
- Propose and make key decisions in optimizing customer experience
- Work in an agile manner, continuously implementing refinements and improvements
- Collaborate closely with other functional, product, and other stakeholders in order to meet project deadlines and OKRs
- Supervise Junior Service Operations Strategist to ensure that the performance of the existing products or processes is optimal
- Working on the long-term stabilization and maintenance of the company’s way of working
- Applies process improvement methodologies and principles based on operations metrics and data
- Make recommendations on product, tools, techniques or processes to enhance customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from any major, preferably Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Information Technology/Management or other related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations, and/or consulting in an eCommerce or related field.
- Experience in managing day-to-day relationships and an ability to proactively engage internal stakeholders and external customers
- Proficient in MS Excel for data presentation
- Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Amplitude, Google BigQuery, etc.
Bonus points if:
- Came from business consulting background
- Have industry experience in real money trading (RMT) and/or virtual goods
- Came from top tech companies and/or consulting firm such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Traveloka, Gojek, Accenture, etc.
