Product Owner - Futuready.com｜Meet.jobs

The incumbent will: 

1. Must Have IT Background
2. Have experience in Banking Industry, Insurance Industry, and Fintech Industry
3. Analyze current problems with the ongoing project and give solution in accordance to current available technology.
4. Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand business requirements, and plan accordingly.
5. Work closely with other stakeholders (senior engineers, architects, UX) to ensure releases of high quality vis-à-vis technology and user experience. 
6. Be responsible for the output of the squad. 
7. Follow Futuready’s Agile processes for delivery of releases.
8. Measure success of releases by contribution to buying choices, improvement of UX, and overall topline / bottomline.
9. Measure productivity of squad and  processes, and improve overall productivity.
10. Give insight regarding market / partner needs and opportunities.
11. Validate and measure the gaps in the current user experience and technology. 
12. Set up processes to ensure post-release testing and risk mitigation.
