Job Description

At Seekmi, we put our users first. The world is always changing so we need a Product Manager who is continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at Seekmi speed.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery of product initiatives and releases - take pride in ownership and don’t shy away from responsibility
• Write user narratives to imagine the experience a customer may have - and blow away their expectations
• Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases - across teams
• Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones - what gets measured, gets improved
• Prioritize and sequence product initiatives against a mandate - and own the outcome
• Perform market research and analysis - and combine best in class solutions
• Collaborate with other teams to understand business requirements and define product priority and goals - technology doesn’t exist in a vacuum

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years of technical product and/or project management experience - those will come handy
• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or ITSM from a reputable university - you will be among peers
• Natural leadership instincts with proven ability to innovate - you won’t always have formal authority
• An entrepreneurial work style, you're a self-starter - we won’t be looking over your shoulder
• Excellent organizational skills - for yourself as well as the team
• Ability to work well with remote designers and engineers - the world is global
• An analytical and metric driven work style - you won’t know what to work on otherwise
• Great interpersonal and communication skills - essential for a leader
• Prior experience at a startup or consumer internet company - some challenges are common
• Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - it’s a startup
• Good in English communication - we have international team
• Scrum master and servant-leaders skills - you have to be agile to keep up
• Familiar with mobile applications that support various OS platforms (e.g. Android, iOS, Chromebook), as well as cloud services - our stack covers whole vertical
• Familiar with Slack, Trello, draw.io, and other tools for supporting you as a Product Manager
• Burning desire to innovate and have fun!
