Job Description :

● As CEO you will be responsible and accountable for the overall operation and management of the Business. 

● You will be the face for the business and would generally deal with the public.

● Ensure that project is followed up and completed in a timely manner for a high quality delivery.

● Oversees and follows-up with teams related to strategic projects.

● Maintain accurate and up to date company data, reporting and communications.

● Able to approach private & financial institutions to help boost the business.

● Be the coordinator between the Board of Directors, the management & operational teams, technical team and provide them with information to carry out their responsibilities. 

● Provide advice, guidance, direction and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures.

● Assisting the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies & procedures to enhance the projects, profitability and return in investments.

Requirements :

● Age : 35 – 40 years old

● Min. Experience : 3 years in E-Commerce industries.

● Familiar with F&B (HORECA) & retail sectors in Indonesia.

● Basic technology knowledge is an added advantage.

● Able to lead several teams on the project tasks.

● Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings regardless of audience.

● Able to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative/outside-the-box solutions.
