ABOUT PRODUCT - MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT PLATFORM (MEP)

The product is a music entertainment platform application that enables billions of users to play 100+ music & casual games & listen to music with millions of popular songs. All in one application. The application will be available on both mobile platforms: iOS and Android. The objective of the Platform is to let the users have fun & enjoy their favorite songs and beloved music/casual games.

MEP is one of the most potential & innovative projects in Amanotes.

 

JOB TITLE

Product Manager - Music Entertainment Platform

 

OBJECTIVES YOU NEED TO GET WITH THIS JOB

You will lead the talent product team to bring the best UXs & most valuable stuff to billions of users in the world

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Directly work with and report to the BO (Business Owner) for:

• Build and develop product strategies & roadmaps  for the business
• Support the BO & other stakeholders (Marketing, Business Development) to make strategic/tactical decisions 

 

Directly work with Product team for:

• Lead the product team to develop & monitor product roadmaps/releases/backlog
• Supervise & work with the development team to ensure the timeline & product quality 
• Build & develop a talent product team. Improve team efficiency
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products & UX standards, industry trends, product development methodologies &  best practices for the product team
• Analyze the market, business, and competitive landscape, understand industry trends to innovate ideas for the product
• Clearly articulate business value to the product team & cross-functional teams

 

QUALIFICATION

- Years of experiences: At least 2 years proven experiences as a Product Manager

- Highlight: A showcase of at least 01 successful projects (B2C), especially digital & mobile products (in the position Product Manager);

- Others: 

• Deep understanding of product performance measurements and optimization
• Strong command of product and project management tools
• Good knowledge of UI/UX
• Experience across both qualitative and quantitative research
• Good knowledge of the music and music industry is a BIG plus
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• English proficiency

- Plus:

• You love music and music-related products
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You are confident navigating and leading in times of uncertainties;
