Head of Product - Walking on Earth｜Meet.jobs

Workplace anxiety, stress, and mental health is growing at alarmingly high rates and corporates and employees are increasingly seeking holistic and preventative health solutions. Walking on Earth is creating an ecosystem for health and wellness. The platform empowers individuals to take control of their health by creating a bespoke wellness regime grounded in the latest scientific research, and connecting individuals to the most trusted and sought after practitioners in yoga, meditation and complementary medicine.

Walking on Earth is looking for a Head of Product who wants to help empower individuals to make informed choices about their wellbeing. We are looking for a highly motivated, naturally inquisitive, problem-solving person who can work with the founding team to shape this new venture. You will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the platform from the design, through development, into a MVP and full commercial launch.

The team currently consists of a CEO and Head of Wellness. The CEO has previously built and worked for high-growth startups leading strategy, fundraising, and business development and the Head of Wellness is a trained yoga, meditation and therapy teacher and Co-Chair of the London Yoga Festival. We are early in our journey, presenting an opportunity to get involved from the start.

Preferred Qualifications
○ Experience working with engineers and cross-functional teams (e.g, Operations, Product, Legal, etc.).
○ Experience bringing an early stage product to market (preferably a marketplace model)
○ Strong leadership skills, driving results in collaborative, cross-functional environments with little instruction or oversight.
○ Ability to provide clear solutions to ambiguous problems.
○ Excellent problem-solving and innovation skills.
○ 4+ years of experience in a product role
○ Technical undergraduate/ graduate degree
